Practice Schedule
3rd-8th grade - Practice starts November 30, 2026
5K-2nd grade - Practice starts January 4th, 2027
The wrestler's future high school determines which practice location they will attend.
*Waukesha North H.S. will not be a practice location
*Future North wrestlers can choose to practice at either West H.S. or South H.S.

**Practice will not be held if there is no school.**
Open to 5K through 8th graders
We have separate practice locations set up at West and South High Schools.
This structure will allow each high school to incorporate our youth program as part of a "feeder" system for future high school wrestling teams. We are working closely with all 3 high school head wrestling coaches to help grow their programs.
Practice Location: Waukesha West H.S.
3rd-8th grade
Fee: $100
(includes: fight shorts, and t-shirt)
November 30, 2026-March 17, 2027
Mondays - 6:00-7:30 pm
Wednesdays - 6:00-7:30 pm
5K-2nd grade
Fee: $75
(includes: fight shorts and t-shirt)
January 4, 2027-February 22, 2027
Mondays - 5:30-6:15 pm
Practice Location: Waukesha South H.S.

Thursdays - 6:00-7:30 pm
State Qualifier Practice
**South will hold practices from February 22nd through March 18th only for athletes who are competing in the State Qualifier Tournament.**

Mondays - 5:30-6:15 pm

Practices will not be held if the schools are closed for any reason.
