Introductory Six Week Program for Beginners
This six week program is designed for all kindergarten through 2nd graders (with or without wrestling experience). It is also for 3rd through 8th graders with no prior wrestling experience.
The intent of the program is for kids to try out wrestling and/or prepare them for our regular club program which starts in January.
(some beginner program participants may be recommended by coaches to continue with the regular club program for an additional $35)
Open to Waukesha School District Students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade
The fee for this program is $50. This includes a required $35 USA Card* and a Club T-shirt.
*The USA Card is mandatory and offers secondary injury insurance coverage and liability underwriting.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
-Changing facilities are not available, so please be dressed and ready to wrestle. (shorts and t-shirts are appropriate)
-PLEASE KEEP STREET SHOES OFF THE MATS. Gym shoes or wrestling shoes should not be worn outside prior to practice. Change into them mat-side. It is important to keep the mats clean.
-Keep finger nails trimmed and leave jewelry at home.
Please remember that we are guests at the school.
The Waukesha Wrestling Club is entirely a volunteer organization and we are not sponsored by the School District. Let’s respect the facility and stay in the designated practice area, which is the balcony area only. We ask that parents/guardians help us keep an eye on the wrestlers and siblings of wrestlers during practice.
