                                                                 Practice Reminders

Please arrive early enough so you can change into your clean gym shoes and be ready to get on the mat by 6:00.

Use the staircase closer to the hallway and don't walk through the gym to the far staircase.

There are no changing facilities. We recommend that you bring a bag for your coat, gloves, etc. so your personal items don't get kicked around and lost. Shorts and a t-shirt are worn at practice.

We ask that all parents help us keep the wrestlers safely away from the balcony railing before, during and after practice.

Please only use the area between the balcony railing and the mats to watch practice. We need to be extra careful this time of year in keeping the mats clean.

Water bottles or bottled water are allowed at practice during scheduled breaks (No sport drinks)
